This tenant improvement to an Italian bistro was completed on an accelerated 150-day schedule. Work included the construction of a 6,723 square foot shell building, which houses a fully serviced bar and lounge area, main dining area, private dining room, kitchen, walk-in refrigerator, and two dining patio areas.
The international atmosphere created in Phases I and II continues throughout Phases III and IV, with architectural elements that create a Moorish village theme comprised of cobblestone walkways, Andalusian districts and plazas.
