This tenant improvement to an Italian bistro was completed on an accelerated 150-day schedule. Work included the construction of a 6,723 square foot shell building, which houses a fully serviced bar and lounge area, main dining area, private dining room, kitchen, walk-in refrigerator, and two dining patio areas.
The international atmosphere created in Phases I and II continues throughout Phases III and IV, with architectural elements that create a Moorish village theme comprised of cobblestone walkways, Andalusian districts and plazas. Located on Newport Harbor, the restaurant, capable of accommodating 120 dining guests with its 900 s.f. chef’s kitchen, features panoramic bay views and provides a stunning backdrop for social or business functions.
Snyder Langston renovated 166,000 s.f. of existing site work at the southern end of Fashion Island Entertainment Center for Irvine Company which began in the summer of 2012.
