The Snyder Langston/Ware Malcomb design-build team provided a 29,882 s.f. concrete tilt-up maintenance building, with corresponding support structures, site improvements and interior amenities for John Wayne Airport. The Maintenance Building serves to consolodate and modernize pre-existing JWA facilities.

Construction of a state-of-the-art Soccer Center located in South Gate that replicates the successful model that is currently in the UK. The facility is constructed on 6+ acres of land, incorporating a 9,500 s.f. building, inclusive of a restaurant with full kitchen, media lounge, retail store and full locker rooms.

The project involved the renovation of a 7,320 s.f. existing two-story building and construction of two new two-story buildings.
