In conjunction with our work at Pelican Hill, Snyder Langston had the pleasure of building out the interiors of these iconic restaurants.
Snyder Langston provided the shell and core construction, as well as the tenant improvements, for the three-story, 75,000 s.f. corporate headquarters facility that features an unique design of both a curved face and an architectural set back on the southeastern side of the building.
Constructing the core, shell, and site work for six three-story and two four-story office buildings on an 18-acre site next to the University of California, Irvine campus. The complex consists of steel frame buildings with exterior insulating and finishing system with a glass curtain wall exterior, as well as at-grade parking for more than 2,400.
Developed by Trammell Crow Company and designed by Gensler, The Boardwalk reinvents a new class of office space. The development is situated on a 7.5-acre lot and includes two, nine-story towers connected by four bridgeways and open terraces. The buildings themselves offer 545,000 square feet of premier office space with high ceilings and glass walls.
