The entire team from the Project Executive, to the Project Manager, the Superintendents and the office staff were very professional and approached the construction process with a proactive, “problem = solution” attitude. They looked for ways to add value to the end product that would benefit the future residents and the quality of the work while bringing the project in under budget and on schedule. Their warranty service and post occupancy follow up and correction work was also very good.
