This full service, senior living rental campus consists of 203 units with both independent living (IL) and assisted living (AL), on approximately 9.4-acres. The campus is designed with a two- and three-story, 225,177 s.f. main building containing 129 independent living units and 52 assisted living units, each with a fully equipped kitchen and washer and dryer.

The amenities available are a commercial kitchen, bistro, gift shop, library, beauty salon, dining areas, common area rooms, and a 121-space carport. The community includes nine, single-story duplex and triplex casitas containing 22 independent living units, each with its own entry, private patio and two-car garage. The community includes a salt water pool with handicap access and a 2,940 s.f. cabana pool house.
