“Employees should have a ‘grab an oar’ mentality. It doesn’t matter if the job at hand is a little outside of their job description; the key is finding people who are ready to grab an oar and start paddling to find solutions and move the company/project forward.” We enjoyed spending our morning visiting Gigasavvy’s offices to hear its leaders discuss how a company culture can drive creativity.
