The Pegasus School “Wings” Library

The new Wings Library will be home to student resources, including academic specialists, school counselors, and educational psychologists. A multipurpose room for library programs and a new playground area complete the project.

550 S. Hope Lobby & Terrace Renovation

Lobby and Terrace renovation in an occupied high-rise in downtown L.A. Lobby scope includes a new seating area, coffee kiosk, reception desk, high-tech medial wall, and associated MEP and lighting. The reconfigured terrace features landscape and lighting improvements, and fountain replacement. Inside, our team replaced partition walls, curtain wall system and re-worked the mechanical systems.

USC Gerontology Lab

Renovation of existing space in the Gerontology department to include a flexible research laboratory workspace, cold room, and naturally lit office space. Upgrades include a commissioned HVAC system, which consists of a rooftop dedicated outside air system.

3333 Michelson

Phased renovation of the entry and lobby common area including an outdoor amenity area, feature walls, modification of the ground floor entry into an operable glazed storefront and conversation of an existing space into a unisex shower room. Structural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical system upgrades were included and completed in a fully-occupied facility.

2983 Michelson

Interior improvements to an existing building in a high-traffic retail center, to provide space for two future tenants and a 2-story progressive office space. Renovations include voluntary seismic upgrades, a new elevator, mechanical, plumbing, underground utilities and electrical systems.
