Symmetry Apartments TCO

Congrats to the Snyder Langston residential team, partnered with Shea Properties and KTGY Architecture + Planning, on achieving TCO (Temporary Certificate of Occupancy) on the first building of a 431 unit apartment mixed-use community that consists of two mixed-use Type V podium buildings with retail under residential units and two stand-alone retail buildings. The project also includes clubhouses, pools/jacuzzies, fitness centers and a pedestrian bridge connecting the two podium buildings and controlled access entries.

Women In Construction Week

We celebrated Women in Construction Week, an event created to raise awareness of the careers available to women in the construction industry.

Innovation Park

Snyder Langston is proud to be part of the team building the new Innovation Park located in Irvine, California. Innovation Park is an 35-acre campus that will feature a series of low-rise buildings totaling 550,000 square feet with a village-like setting. Innovation Park’s architecture will feature exposed structural steel, skylights, roll-up garage doors and exterior staircases.
