Notice is hereby given that Snyder Langston invites its valued Trade Partners to submit bids for the San
Bernardino Department of Behavioral Health Comprehensive Treatment Campus.
Bids will be received electronically (e-mail or SmartBid) on 10/3/2025 by 2:00 pm.
Located at 13333 Palmdale Road, Victorville, CA and consists of a new 9.5 acre campus with seven (7) new
single-story, wood framed buildings. The buildings will house 144 resident beds, staff, and support space
for the treatment of Adult and Adolescent Substance Use Disorder, Withdrawal Management, and
Psychiatric Residential Treatment as well as provide Outpatient services, Wellness activities.
Site clearing is set to begin mid-November 2025 and complete by early February 2027.

All bidders must:
- Hold a valid California Contractor’s License for their respective trade
- Have a current, registered DIR number with the State of California
- Include Prevailing Wages per California Labor Code
- Provide a Skilled and Trained Workforce
- Complete a Financial Prequalification with Snyder Langston prior to award
- Demonstrate prior experience with this product type (wood framed, high-desert locale, prevailing
wage and skilled and trained workforce requirements)
