“The Hines Corporation chose Snyder Langston to build its first entry into the Orange County marketplace: a 12-story, Class A office building at 2211 Michelson. We have been involved in office development in major cities throughout the United States and internationally, including the City of Los Angeles but hadn’t worked in Orange County until 2005. We were very interested in getting to know Snyder Langston, having seen their work in Orange County and admired them. It was great to come to this area and have the chance to work with the preeminent general contractor. We like Snyder Langston’s stability as a firm and their problem-solving attitude. We also like the caliber of the people and the accessibility of senior executives. They are available and visible on a regular basis, which means a lot to us.
