Our Peter Tuma attended a NAIOP-U event on November 9th to discuss The Press, Orange County’s largest creative office conversion. Snyder Langston is so excited to be building this project. It involves the reconfiguration of the historic Los Angeles Times newsroom into a vibrant creative office space with state-of-the-art building systems and site work. The scope of work includes the creation of multi-tiered, high volume tenant spaces within the existing shell, as well as the installation of full-height glass panels and an expansive grid of skylights. Three acres of outdoor amenities will include a 20,000 square foot covered patio, volleyball courts, grills, and outdoor seating.
