Today we broke ground at our Avenida Palm Desert project. This 200,000 square foot senior living community offers a unique lifestyle for active adults age 55 and better. The construction will feature 161 one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 700 square feet to 1,150 square feet, as well as a great room, fitness and yoga center, creative arts studio, club room, theatre, bistro, private luxury dining room, and salon.
