Located at Jefferson Boulevard and McClintock Avenue, this project is directly across the street from the School of Dentistry. The tenant build out consisted of the new 30,000 sf USC Village fitness facility inside Building 6. The scope of work included demolition, concrete, misc. steel, drywall, painting, tile, waterproofing, sound insulation, misc. floor finishes, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
This Fitness Center is operated by USC Student Affairs and functions and operates similar to the Lyon Center.
