This project was completed within a very tight schedule and involved a substantial rehabilitation of a 114 permanent supportive housing unit building located in Downtown Los Angeles. The scope of work included modernizing an existing elevator, adding mechanical systems, re-plumbing, and re-roofing the entire building. In addition, this project also required performing major electrical work, including adding a new electrical room and installing a new transformer. The Snyder Langston Residential team kept the building systems alive during this work for resident use, focusing on safely performing the work within this occupied building all while working in a congested urban site. This project was also tax credit financed and used commercial prevailing wage labor.
