The 5-building campus will be completed in a single phase, with full build-to-suit responsibilities for the following program:
- 4-story, 190,000 s.f. building with supportive housing and recovery residences
- 2-story, 50,000 s.f. building with adult and pediatric mental health urgent care, a sobering center, and short-stay treatment areas
- 3-story, 70,000 s.f. building with mental health rehabilitation and adult residential programs
- 3-story, 40,000 s.f. building focused on pediatric care: outpatient mental health area, children’s crisis residential program, and children’s intensive mental health treatment program
- 3-story, 100,000 s.f. building with outpatient mental health and medical clinic services and campus and community support/amenities
