The Providence Advanced Ambulatory Care Center is located about half a mile from Providence Little Company of Mary Hospital in Torrance, California. The project is a ground up development and consists of three level tilt-up medical office buildings totaling 106,000 s.f. and a 449 stall open air parking garage. The medical office building includes an OSHPD-3 floor and is programmed for multi-specialty functions including a Women’s Center, Imaging, Lab, Orthopedic Clinic, Genetics, Occupational and Speech Therapy, Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), Medical and Surgical Oncology, and Radiation Oncology. Providence has partnered with USPI for the operation of the ASC and City of Hope for cancer services.
