Jason Rich brings more than 30 years of construction experience to his role as CEO of Snyder Langston. Beginning his career as a carpenter apprentice, he advanced through positions in project management and operations after joining the company in 2002. He was named President and Chief Operating Officer in 2018 and became CEO in 2023. Jason has helped deliver many of Snyder Langston’s most prominent projects across the company’s market sectors. Today, he sets the organization’s vision and culture while remaining closely engaged with clients and project teams. His collaborative leadership, technical expertise, and commitment to proactive communication help teams navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and achieve successful project outcomes.
Lee Watkins
President & COO
Lee Watkins brings more than two decades of construction experience, with a particular emphasis on healthcare facilities. Known for his strategic thinking and collaborative leadership, he builds high-performing teams that remain focused on client goals, operational excellence, and successful project delivery. Lee approaches every project with integrity, accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. His leadership reflects a strong dedication to service, stewardship, and building trusted relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
Jo-E Lopez
Chief Relationship Officer
Jo-E Lopez brings more than 25 years of architecture and construction industry experience to her role as Chief Relationship Officer and Partner. During her more than 20 years with Snyder Langston, she has held senior leadership positions in business development and sales, helping expand the company’s market presence and strengthen relationships across a diverse range of sectors. Jo-E leads corporate strategy, marketing, public relations, client relations, and business development for Snyder Langston, Snyder Langston | Optym, and Snyder Langston Residential. She also serves as a trusted point of contact for many of the company’s key clients, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all three divisions. An active industry advocate and mentor, Jo-E is committed to developing emerging leaders and supporting the communities Snyder Langston serves.
Richard Cavecche
Senior Vice President of Operations, Commercial
Richard Cavecche brings more than 40 years of construction experience, including nearly three decades with Snyder Langston. His extensive knowledge of the company’s people, projects, and market sectors makes him a valuable resource for clients and project teams alike. As Senior Vice President of Operations, Rick provides executive oversight of staffing, subcontractor relationships, quality control, risk management, and overall project delivery. His experience includes many of Snyder Langston’s most recognized projects, including the William H. Hannon Library at Loyola Marymount University, Hyundai Motor America Headquarters, Pacific Life Headquarters, 2211 Michelson, and Western Digital. Rick is known for managing complex project demands while keeping teams aligned and clients informed.
Greg Hurlock
Vice President, Estimating
As Vice President of Estimating, Greg Hurlock leads Snyder Langston’s estimating and preconstruction efforts, overseeing budgeting, cost analysis, procurement strategy, and estimate development across the company’s project portfolio. Greg brings a strong understanding of market conditions, construction methods, and risk management to each opportunity. He works closely with operations, business development, and executive leadership to develop accurate, competitive, and strategically informed proposals. Greg also mentors the estimating team, promoting accountability, collaboration, consistency, and continuous improvement throughout the department.
John Gunther
Vice President, Optym
John Gunther joined Snyder Langston in 2003 and brings more than 30 years of experience across corporate office, tenant improvement, institutional, industrial, and retail construction. As Vice President of Optym, Snyder Langston’s division dedicated to fast-paced and specialized projects, he leads teams through accelerated and technically demanding delivery environments. John remains actively involved from estimating and preconstruction through construction and closeout. His hands-on leadership, strong trade partner relationships, and direct collaboration with clients and consultants help teams resolve challenges quickly while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule objectives.

As Vice President of Residential, Adam Schneider provides strategic and operational leadership for Snyder Langston Residential. He oversees the division’s growth, project performance, client relationships, and alignment with the company’s broader goals. Adam works closely with executive leadership and project teams to uphold high standards of quality, safety, accountability, and execution. His leadership supports the successful delivery of residential projects while fostering a collaborative, high-performing team and a culture of continuous improvement.
Zenith DeRosier, DBIA
Vice President, Los Angeles
Zenith DeRosier provides executive leadership for the delivery of complex, large-scale construction projects throughout Southern California. With nearly two decades of experience in the commercial and institutional sectors, he oversees project planning, execution, and client relationships while maintaining a strong focus on safety, quality, and performance. His experience spans institutional, healthcare, mixed-use, and entertainment developments. Zenith is skilled at leading multidisciplinary teams through technical, regulatory, and logistical challenges. David Stelter

David Stelter brings 35 years of construction experience, including more than 20 years with Snyder Langston, to his role as Vice President of Field Operations.
