Project Summary
Sand Canyon Business Center is located in the City of Irvine on a 13 acre site and consists of two, new four- story office buildings totaling approximately 211,200 s.f. The buildings are constructed on a concrete foundation, with a structural steel frame, concrete on metal deck floors, and a glass curtainwall exterior enclosure. The site scope of work includes grading, storm water treatment and drainage, on-grade asphalt parking, and site lighting. An outdoor office amenity area will be constructed between the two buildings and will feature BBQ’s, shade structure(s), hardscape areas, and outdoor seating.
