This three-story building, formerly the LA Weekly site, includes 12,000 square feet of clinic space and 12,000 square feet of administrative space with 24 exam rooms, 4 dental operatories, 2 vision rooms and 7 consultation rooms allowing better and quicker flow for patients. The vision program offers both eye exams and a limited offering of frames, while dental will be offered for both children and adults.
This new clinic supports WFHC’s mission to provide comprehensive, high quality, cost-effective health care in an educational and supportive environment that empowers patients to take an assertive role in caring for their well-being through all stages of life while adding additional services such as oral health, mental/behavioral health and vision. In addition, this clinic will serve as a gathering place for community members who want to learn about healthy lifestyles, take childbirth education or parenting classes. WFHC is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status.
