- Preconstruction and construction services for two buildings: one 5-story, Type III residential community over 2-story podium & a single level subterranean parking garage, along with an additional 4-story Type V building over one story of above-grade Type I construction.
- The two structures house 218 residences and amenities including pool, spa, fitness center, a speakeasy, podcast studio, pet-washing stations, a rooftop “sky deck” attached to a community room, and street-level retail with sidewalk dining areas.
- Project scope also included the preservation, renovation and incorporation of the original Orange County Title Company’s 50’ x 50’ historic façade into the new community.
