This 35,000 s.f., two-story educational facility is located on a 14-acre site adjacent to the H.G. “Dad” Miller Golf Course, the public course that Tiger Woods played during his younger years.
The ground floor of the facility includes a 675 s.f. kitchen; a 3,175 s.f. student lounge; a 1,390 s.f. multimedia laboratory; and a 200-seat, stadium-styled, 3,023 s.f. auditorium.
The 1,769 s.f. lobby provides visitors and students with educational kiosks about renewable energy sources as well as informational videos, projecting from six, 45-inch plasma screens.
The second floor features one 820 s.f. and five 750 s.f. classrooms adjacent to a 2,900 s.f. computer and study lounge. A seventh classroom which is 850 s.f., overlooks the rear patio, the sandy putting area and a driving range.
