The building facing Klump Avenue will include: two levels of Type I subterranean parking, a ground floor Type I level with parking below a raised concrete podium deck, a second floor of Type I construction with residential units below a raised concrete podium deck, and five floors of Type III construction of residential units.
The building facing the intersection of Lankershim Blvd. and Otsego will include: two levels of subterranean parking, a ground floor Type I level with residential lobbies, leasing offices, bicycle storage, residential accessory spaces, and commercial space, below a raised concrete podium deck, a second floor Type I construction with residential units below a raised concrete podium deck, five floors of Type III construction of residential units, and rooftop amenities including a community room, raised pool, hot tub and outdoor deck.
