The international atmosphere created in Phases I and II continues throughout Phases III and IV, with architectural elements that create a Moorish village theme comprised of cobblestone walkways, Andalusian districts and plazas. The most notable elements of the project are the 105-foot giant wheel, the 38-foot carousel and the various cascading fountains. By night, the ten-story giant wheel comes to life with more than 15,000 lights. This beacon can be seen from both the Interstate 5 and 405 freeways, attracting crowds to the festivities.
