This project consisted of a 10,000 sf tenant improvement on the 4th floor of an occupied building. The scope of work included demo, wall framing, wood flooring, steel-framed glass wall system, natural wood cabinetry, and design-build MEP’s. This project moved extremely fast, progressing from framed walls to completion within 30 days.
