This project included the expansion of a Type V-A, 2-story, assisted living senior community to increase the number of apartments from 194 units to 252 units. The 57,100 sf expansion includes 58 living units as well as common areas, staff offices, a bistro, a dining room, and wellness center. Emerald Court is the second project we have built for KISCO Senior Living, an owner operator of independent and assisted living senior communities throughout the United States. In 2009, Snyder Langston Residential completed the Valencia Terrace project, a 203 unit senior living community in Corona, CA.
