Snyder Langston provided Pre-Construction, Design- Build and General Contracting services for DreamWorks Animation, one of the most admired family entertainment brands in the world. This project included a 25,000 s.f. tenant improvement of an animation studio located on the 2nd floor of a 25-story building. Snyder Langston’s scope of work included constructing walls and ceilings throughout to create perimeter offices, open area office space in the core, video conference rooms, and a multi- purpose room. Snyder Langston worked closely with Steinberg Architects by assisting in the design and constructability of the floor.
