- Demolition of all architecture installations and unused utility lines in the existing storage area on the ground floor of CHLA Duque Building and preparing the space for the ACCIS (Advanced Comprehensive Cardiac Imaging Suite) project.
- Construction of a 9,840 s.f. Advanced Comprehensive Cardiac tenant improvements with two MRI scan rooms, a shelled space for a future CT, a PACU, nurse’s station, support spaces and offices.
