Phased renovation of the entry and lobby common area including an outdoor amenity area, feature walls, modification of the ground floor entry into an operable glazed storefront and conversation of an existing space into a unisex shower room.Structural, plumbing, mechanical and electrical system upgrades were included and completed in a fully-occupied facility.
