SERVICE LINE: Snyder Langston
Snyder Langston was hired by Team Ford to create an automobile dealership in Las Vegas on 12.8 acres. The dealership that was developed by Snyder Langston and designed by AHT Architects is intended to create the ultimate automobile buying experience. The owners expressed the need for high visibility in a facility that ultimately included a 85,000 s.f. building and inventory parking for in excess of 900 cars.
Snyder Langston managed the purchase of land lots and residential purchases, negotiated street vacations, after successfully negotiating with the City of Las Vegas, and obtained land use entitlements on behalf of the Client. Extensive research was performed to obtain local market contractor pricing, in order to be very cost effective but at the same time create a unique facility, in terms of physical appearance and customer usability. Exterior materials include smooth plaster and site cast concrete along with high performance blue glass for the showroom.
