SERVICE LINE: Snyder Langston
Sekisui TA (STA) envisioned a building that balanced functionality with visual aesthetics, and Snyder Langston turned this vision into reality. With its global headquarters established in Japan, STA’s new Brea complex is the company’s primary foreign manufacturing facility of environmentally-friendly, water-based, acrylic-carton sealing and label over-lamination tape.
Located on a 12-acre site, this 185,000 s.f. facility , featuring 150,000 s.f. on the ground floor, with a 35,000 s.f. mezzanine, was constructed using the tilt-up building process and equipped with state-of-theart mechanical and electronic systems. The landscape features a park-like environment with a footbridge and small creek, flanked by large natural stones at the building’s entrance.
Snyder Langston was able to complete this project in eight months despite a significant amount of rain delays.
